As I was anticipating picking up the Trike, it was eventually delivered free of charge, I went to the store to see what the access was like however found the reception lacking with me wandering around for some time. The only person who inquired if I needed assistance was the mechanic, I cant recall his name, performing maintenance on a bike. I was ignored by three other staff members which was a bit disappointing.

I love this place! I got a German made AVE (Advanced Vehicle Engineering) e-bike with Bosch battery over two years ago and it runs beautifully. Servicing has been very professional; the staff knowledgable, engineering focussed with attention to detail.

Cargo Cycles go above and beyond with their customer service. Always helpful and super knowledgeable with electric bikes. When things needed fixing on my bike they always kept in contact with me. I would rate this place 5 stars! Highly recommended.

these guys have been very helpful i wish we had a bike shop specialising in this part of the market over here in perth where you just can't find these type of bikes.the e conversion on the trio cargo R went nice, rode it around all natural for a while then .... photos

Needed a kids bike seat on my commuter bike. The cargocycles team were really helpful in discussing options, figuring out what would work for my bike, and attaching the seat on the same day. They were clearly interested in going the extra mile to make sure I had the right setup for us and our kid, and even helped keep the cost low for the seat and installation. The seat has been great with lots of use the past few weeks. Would happily return if/when we need more child carrying capacity!

The absolute best customer service.I was looking for specific Ortlieb pannier bags which have been hard to find. Cargocycles had similar items but not exactly what I wanted. Matt tracked down exactly what I wanted at another store and arranged for me to pick them up.This is so different to my experience at other shops, where they've tried to sell me stuff I didn't want. I'll be back to Cargocycles whenever I'm looking for an accessory.
