Nathan and Emma make a great team with Emma doing design consultation and project management and Nathan providing building experience to make sure the work is done to a high quality. While it took time to get going with our project from initial contact for various reasons, it was completed on time and on budget before the birth of our baby, which was really important for us, and the end result was excellent. We had tile floor replaced with a timber floating floor, new skylights, archways squared and some walls reconfigured and a new kitchen. Some of their subcontractors are excellent, especially the painters, floor and kitchen people. It was very helpful working with Emma and getting her input on some of the design aspects, especially for people without a natural eye or the time to consider every minor detail. The space is so much more functional and feels bigger despite having the same footprint. Great result!

I can't thank Emma and Nathan enough. After a vehicle crashed into my house they provided professional advice and trades people to get the house back into shape.I was informed of each step during the process and when decisions needed to be made about certain aspects of the repair, I was given practical options and suggestions.I would recommend them to anyone!!!Once again, many thanks for your efforts.

We used Ryan Building for reinforcing of our house piers that were not put in the correct place when the house was built 25 years ago. The team worked accordingly to engineer's report and recommendation to strengthen the load bearing wall with additional piers, ready for our next renovation job. Emma was great to deal with in organising the team on time, Nathan and his team worked hard, professionally, and very clean especially with digging 600mm deep holes under the house by hand and removing the dirt.
