We paid for a hatchie rack at the start of December with promise of delivery before Christmas.We are now almost at the end of January, our snakes about to hatch and no rack.He has promised it would be shipped many times with nothing.Now is refusing phone calls and will not refund our money!Do not purchase from this company

The 5th of December I contacted these guys about a hatchie rack. I was told it could be done by the end of the week. I paid for the rack in good faith in full. $1300. No rack was delivered. I was then told before Christmas. No rack delivered. I was then told 12th December it would be booked for shipping. No rack delivered. Now all phone calls and messages are being ignored. My wife then messaged enquiring about a new product and what do you know. She gets a reply and was told they would 100% be in contact with us Monday. We were contacted Monday and told we would have a refund by Thursday. We have not received this and have had no contact after several attempt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
