Poor customer service - some of the reception staff is very unkind

==============EDIT: Nov 2020=========================Once upon a time .... Name, Address & DOB ... If I could manage those 3 I was Golden!! Different world now .... Usernames, Passwords, PINs & even then, will the computer pretending to be a person understand me?Its' easy to feel depersonalised ... nothing but a number.UNLESS of course .... you're a patient at TUGUN FAMILY MEDICINE.Seriously, You ALL ROCK. todays special shout out is to the lovely ladies on the front desk. I'm amazed (and delighted) ... I was just calling through quickly to collect a pathology request from from Dr Whillans ands no sooner had I got through & the lovely lady had my form in hand and addressed me by name (I'm sorry I can't manage likewise). Amazing memory and its wonderful personalised service such as this, that make me so VERY grateful to be a patient here. Thanks again to EVERYONE , you are ALL WONDERFUL :) :)========================END EDIT ======================I've been a patient here since moving to Gold Coast 2016 with Dr Mark Willans my primary GP. Mark is an amazing, kind & genuine GP with a patient centric holistic focus. I have also been treated by other Dr's at the practice (Sam Tiley & Don MacGeachy) who are likewise awesome. Even though I moved 50km north for about 12 months I remained a patient here, its not easy finding a Drs like this. Big shout out to the ladies in reception too :) . If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks to the entire team here and I am so glad to have moved back to Tugun (March 2020)

Good service

I had my first appointment with Dr Ben Buxton yesterday and was impressed with the time he spent explaining my test results and impact on my long term health.

My Wife and I are both patient’s of Dr. Nadi Canning. She is an excellent heath care professional who takes the time to ensure your health care needs are met.

Don’t bother to call for COVID-19 vaccination if you are not their usual patients.

Great Dr’s, nurse and staff.

I decided to go elsewhere after a single encounter with the receptionists. Unhelpful and uninterested.
