From the start Jim called within 10 minutes of me submitting a request via the online portal. Jim was able to lock a time in for inspection. Within a short period of time, our gutters got cleaned and Jim provided some great advice. Jim was able to sort out other small jobs at the same time. Pleasure to do business with and will return when jobs needing to get done.
