We had a fairly intricate composite decking design and it was completed to perfection. Couldn’t be any happier with the quality finish. Brad and team were so lovely to deal with, professional and polite.

A huge thank you to Brad and your amazing team for constructing our beautiful new decking, step up cabana, shower screens and for designing a screen to cover the pool equipment all done with high attention to detail and care. The makeover Brad and his team performed on our backyard was astounding! They were so easy to deal with, we received multiple updates on time frames along with different options and input. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I called HC urban about getting a deck installed in my back yard. Brad came around measured up the deck and got a quote back to me within a few hours. Whilst Brad was at mine I mentioned to him I had just got back from work and I was flying back out in 7 days. He turned around and said no worries we can squeeze it in for me. Brad and his boys came and got the job done ever so quick. The customer service, efficiency and the quality of the job actually astounds me. They have done such a great job with my deck and managed to work in with my arrangements of being home. Thank you to Brad and he’s boys for such a great job. We had to have a door repaired on the rental so I engaged HC Urban to see if they could replace it for me. Brad and his team made quick work in replacing the door as new and left my girlfriend very satisfied! Great service by Brad and his team and will be using them again for my outdoor area once my house is built!
