Bosch Car Service - Bosch Safer Steering

My Mazda CX-5 had a significant issue and I drove into Safer Steering as soon as it happened as I was not too far away from the workshop.Abraham and team diagnosed the issue with the differential straight away and I contacted Mazda who quoted a ridiculous price to replace it without offering alternative solutions or support.Abraham and team offered convenience, an excellent price and options to address the issue - the service was outstanding and I would not go anywhere else in future as a result.Highly, highly recommend this place.

My car had flat battery and luckily I was parked outside this business at the time. The mechanic was very helpful in giving me a jump start which got my car going again. Thanks for being so kind to offer your assistance without asking for anything in return. I really appreciate it!

Had a screw in my tire (see image). Called Abraham at Bosch Car Service and he said that I could come straight around to get it fixed.The service offered by Abraham was second to none.

Total rip off. Didn't carry out agreed service or slips, I ended up having to go back several times for the same problem. Abraham is not to be trusted. He hides behind his bosch advertising. His a con man.!!

Came here to get tie rod ends replaced and a steering alignment, after a week of trying to book it in I finally got it done however the car came back to me without a wheel alignment or the drag links adjusted, so I was sent off in a car that would attempt to veer off the road any chance it got. Thankfully (I guess) Ibraham recommended me to another shop down the road who were able to do the job properly this time. I have no doubt the services are acceptable but for this job it unfortunately cost me twice as much and 3 times the amount of time spent trying to get it done. Nice bloke and family run business just a bit expensive for a half done job.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. JUST ANOTHER DISHONEST MECHANIC. Abraham uses bad practice and lies to try and drum up more business from you. I took my car here for a rego check. The car is in immaculate condition both cosmetically and mechanically. The business owner immediately took it upon himself to start pressing down vigorously on my front guards and rear tire cover to test the suspension" before even saying hello. He then proceeded to tell me the rear shock absorbers were too soft and worn. After I told him they were normal as per Toyota service centre he told me to take it to them
