Went there to get an accessory, they tried to rip me off by making buy extra parts which I didn’t need to. Despite mentioning I needed only one part they said I can’t purchase without buying the rest of the items telling me it was not possible. I called another branch of this brand and it was completely allowed. The manager appears to be wanting to boost sales by selling items you don’t need, buyers beware.

I needed a bit for my Ford so I rang them to order it. It wasn't in stock and had to come from Melbourne but that only took a couple of days and they messaged me as soon as it arrived. I picked it up the following day without any problems. The lady that served me was fast, friendly and efficient, can't ask for better service. Five stars

I'd like to commemorate Faizan for serving me today. We had an excellent conversation and assisted me with the part I needed for the car. He took time to find me the right weathershields for my car and also reffered me to the Toyota Service Centre to get it installed. I recommend everyone to get served by Faizan as he also gave me an exceptional price for both the weathershields and the installation.
