My Partner Ron has bad knees. After watching a TV commercial from the Good Feet Store, he thought he would give it a try. After spending $2,799 after a discount of $392.He found the whole process was a total waste of time and money. If anything it aggravated and made the situation with his knees worse. The staff were aware of the condition of his knees before we started and they were confident they could help rectify the problem. We would strongly advise anybody to think long and hard before going to the Good Feet Store.1

Last February I spent $1,600.00 for all the 3 specialised inner soles, Velcro stickers, inner soles & a pair of Brooks runners worth $240.00.I was a very satisfied customer until today when I got nothing after showing the shop assistant the Brooks runners that are unwearable. I took the Brooks back to see if I could get help because the entire inside of the back of the Brooks disintegrated and have been unwearable. Brooks only give 6 months warranty. But the Good Feet Store take no responsibility for after sale.I’ve recommended the Good Feet Store to many friends who have bought themself freedom from knee pain. But that’s not going to happen again.I went to another store and bought a new pair of runner.

Wow! My son couldn't train for cricket on Monday afternoon with his knee and ankle pain that he has had for over a year. He walked in to the Good Feet store with this and walked out soo very happy and instantly more comfortable. A week with wearing his arch supports and he is pain free. Thank you so much Cherie for your kindness and making the thorough process so easy! And the best customer service. Clio and Jannie

On entering the Good Feet store at Kotara I was met by 2 lovely ladies who were highly professional and listened to my problem. Jodie explained the system and was able to fit me with the appropriate arch supports and a pair of comfortable shoes. While walking around I experienced some relief from pain in my right foot. Hopefully this will continue to give me overall pain free mobility. Thanks to Jodie and staff.

Only silly people would go there, there is no refund or accountability with an unqualified footballer doing TV advertisements for your feet, save a lot of money go to a podiatrist.

Please be awareThe staff are NOT podiatrists they are high pressure sales people. What you receive are NOT custom moulded to your feet orthotics they are partial orthotics that they choose after measuring the size of your foot and putting it on a pressure plate. What you receive are three of these in fancy boxes. BEWARE THERE ARE NO RETURNS - if you experience pain etc they offer different inner soles until they solve the issue or you give up. The cost BEGINS at $1899. This does not include shoes.Expect to be stuck in the store for as long as it takes the salesperson to convince you to buy them.

6 month update: unfortunately still no progress on my plantar fasciitis.I’ve dropped my 4 stars down to 2 stars. With over 8 million views on my review contributions, I’ve had people ask me for an updated review here so thought I’d give a fair reflection of where I’m at today.Total spend: Over $2,000Time since purchase: Over 4 monthsProgress since purchase: NoneI am still not able to play tennis. In fact, nowadays I can not walk for more than 15-20mins without having to slow right down due to my painful feet (plantar fasciitis). I wear my Good Feet Store supports and shoes all day every day. I do my stretches, I massage, but no progress as yet.Considering the extremely high price, and the amount of time spent since that purchase, and especially considering the content of their advertising, I’m sad to say I’m not impressed. I have now gone back to my podiatrist. He understood my desperation and we’ve initiated a new treatment to hopefully get this sorted out.The Good Feet Store sales team do call me every 2-3 weeks to check up on me so I appreciate their concern and follow up and hence have given them an extra star for fairness. They also allowed me to change my Maintainer supports for free, which is part of the package deal, but this has not helped.I will update again in due time. For now, my humble and honest advice for anyone in my position would have to be to perhaps consider spending money elsewhere, mainly due to the high price, but for one reason alone: For me, the content of the advertising gave me false hope and I believe it does not match what the product and sales team can offer. Here’s hoping it all works out.Initial review:Overall I was really impressed with the service, knowledge and passion that my representative showed. The fact that she experienced the same problems I have gave me some confidence that I was doing the right thing. The store itself is very neat and tidy and the staff are super friendly and professional. Loads of parking as well.I'd give it a solid 5/5 stars if it weren't for the high prices. However, if it does solve the problems I have, I will gladly come back and review this as a 5/5 with high confidence.

How can you justify the huge cost for an off the self product. When for a fraction of the cost people can go to a podiatrist and get custom made shoe inserts with far better support made personalised for their feet. Yes your sales people can treat you nicely, Yes you may get some form of relief using your system, yes they can talk you into buying their super three stage system but it will never be as good as a custom made insert, made at a for less cost than what you do.
