We ordered online, got no confirmation of shipping for over two weeks, I enquired repeatedly during that time. When I finally got a response from someone online, they said it was the local branch's problem not theirs and we could pick it up at our local" which is over an hour away (which is why I bought it online) which was insane. I called our local in Horsham who didn't even know about the order but were able to put it through and refunded me my shipping costs and I picked it up when we were in town for another appt. In store: great. Online....hard pass for any future orders."

Would give 0 stars if I could. Been there multiple times and never once been served! Extremely poor customer service, well none to be honest.People do not have time to wait 5, 10, 15 minutes just to ask a simple yes/no question.Last time I'll ever set foot in the joint.
