I was selling my car & I posted an add on Carsales on mid week & then I rang BMW Waverley on Saturday mid morning & spoke to Vinni & he rang me back in few minutes & ended up selling the car back. It was a very smooth operation & Vinni has even organised me a loan car. I was really pleased dealing with BMW Waverley.

I can’t recommend Waverley BMW enough. From serving to sales, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everyone is polite, knowledgable and quick to help. I recently took delivery of a new vehicle and the process was seamless. In particular I want to thank Matthew Hede who really went out of his way to help us, from negotiating the price to advising on the sale of our old car. A big thanks to Ryan Parker and Eliza Bell who went out of their way to help us out in record time. I’ll be sticking with Waverley BMW for the foreseeable future.

Matt at Waverley was great to deal with . Very personable and helped me work out the options that suited my needs and very direct with pricing. Also, even though I didn’t end up taking up the finance offer I thought Jack from the finance team was very easy to deal with and not pushy. Ending up doing a deal on the day. In stark contrast the Doncaster dealership I initially visited seemed more interested in certain clientele and kept me guessing on pricing when they eventually served me.

Editing my review and changing it to 5 stars, after talking with Aaron about my issues Aaron not only treated me with the utmost respect, he listened to my problems and had them addressed quickly. Aaron didn't stop with just fixing the issue I had he also went above and beyond which he didn't need to but wanted to clear the air and showed me the reason I bought from BMW Glen Waverley in the first place.

Absolutely fantastic…. The manager initially could not believe that we will actually buy it but later when they realised we were serious… such amazing cooperation and support wonderful add ons and very friendly people. We did visit a few times after a good resear went back to the dealership a few times and did a couple of test drives. They were really very patient and friendly. Especially Trent and Vinnie were 2 people that gave awesome support and made the buying process easy… the initial BMW familiarisation by Trent was absolutely amazing and later support to change our customised plates by Vinnie was amazing.
