The phone just got worse and he told us it was a 3 month warranty. Turns out every time we go back he would charge new things again. Felt like a scam to get more money.My husband’s batter on his phone was fine until he replaced it and it wouldn’t turn on after having a drained battery. Had to bring it to him to jumpstart. He also said my screen was better quality than standard. When we consulted another repair shop, they’ve never seen that type of screen and it popped out from a 2ft fall with a case. Which means quality of the screen was bad and the repair itself was badly constructed. Also he didn’t show my husband the packaging of the screen. At the repair shop we went they showed the packaging before opening it before us to ensure quality. Never going back here

My family and I have had our phones repaired here multiple times over the years since they opened for business and haven't had any qualms with their service at all! I think people need to understand that mobile repairs are a delicate task and sometimes the extra time is needed to ensure a repair is done to a high standard or quality, because if not then you will all be complaining that it is not done properly anyway.We have experienced a couple of faulty products in the past with them but they have always been professional and accommodating and have no issues with us bringing the phones back in to asses and replace the parts! its understandable - sometimes things go wrong and parts can be faulty but we LOVE it there!Fast, friendly & reliable - definitely will keep recommending them to all our friends and family!

The worst customer service I have ever received. Took my iPhone5 in to replace the charger port. After getting it back it seemed all good, but charger port started stopped working after a few days. Took it back under warranty and this is when it all went down hill. I could not contact them and supposedly what was to take a few hours took 3 days. Got the phone back and immediately found charger was not working properly and battery was discharging within 2 hours. Took it back again and now they tell the motherboard needs replacing. The phone only had charge port problem and now has mother board problem that was caused by their incompetence. They gave some far fetched story that they were not the cause for the mother board issue, but could fix it for an extra charge, so much for warranty for work done. They would not give me a refund for the original work done unless they put the original charger port back and still charge me $30 service fee...what a joke. I left in disgust, $80 poorer and with a phone with a faulty charger port and mother board.Please be warned, never go near these crooks who do not know what they are doing.

Had an emergency and needed an immediate screen replacement. My phone was repaired and ready within 15 minutes while I got to enjoy a complimentary coffee from the petrol station across the road which also has very friendly staff.

Got a screen replacement. Very quick turn around, friendly service and cheap. Screen is unresponsive to touch in one spot, other then that I have nothing to complain about. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the one part of the screen that doesn’t respond. Still pleased with the service. 9/10.

Super friendly guys at the shop. I took an iphone 6 in for a replacement battery. Same day repair, and so much cheaper than having to buy a new phone. Highly recommend to anyone looking to fix there devices.

Called in today to enquire about battery replacement appointment only. Rang the number and they were there ,replaced the battery within 15mins . Great service again. Thank you Graham
