So many issues but basic summary is the customer service team don't know anything about vehicles and can't communicate between techs and customers. Ask them to fix something and they want to book it in 4 weeks in advance for an inspection and then have to wait another 4 weeks to have it fixed. Often what's asked to be fixed isn't done (techs are away, customer service didn't communicate the issue correctly etc.). Customer service team act dumb... probably not their fault because they don't know anything about cars. All in all, extremely frustrating and I've been I good customer for the last 5 years after purchasing the vehicle from Pacific Ford but I won't go back

Rework required after warranty claim on timing belt cover. Car needed for multiple days without access to loan vehicle. When asked to identify noise in front suspension the feedback was not to use steering to its limits, this was unacceptable.

Great experience buying a car at this dealership. Jonny, Gareth and Monish were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend them!

I am disappointed and furious I had to find out the service department here at Maroochydore Pacific Ford did not rotate my tyres from the front to the rear to keep my tyres to have even wear after I just did a 30,000 service.When I had phoned and spoke to Emma at the service department and explained the scenario she continuously saying that the technician had not identified there was wear to the front tyres and that it is not part of the service. She also informed me that I the customer have to advise Ford of the problem and point it out to them if I need the rotation to be done???? REALLY you want me to do your mechanics job?You have a duty of care and responsibility to let me the customer know if there are any concerns or issues with my vehicle prior to you handing back to me. What if the customer is not aware of the tyres being worn and need to be rotated? Do you just dismiss the issue.The annoying thing for you is on your invoice which you provided me clearly states INSPECT TYRES FOR WEAR and ROTATE WHEELS TO MANUFACTURES RECOMMENDED SEQUENCE"which you provided neither. I would be happy to pay for it if you had advised me. You don't even follow your own policy's. You have charged me $550 for the service and NOT complied to your own terms and conditions. Not to mention my books did not get stamped either which you also need to do. I had to come back another day to have them stamped. Just incompetent. Customers be aware these guys just overlook your vehicle and have unskilled mechanics and cannot undertake simple tasks... Charge you a premium and try to extort you when you clearly identify they have NOT done their job. Take no liability or responsibility. Dealerships are really not the way to go anymore.The first 2 photos are the worn tyre on the front which are now unroadworthy

Mango helped me immensely with my ranger! He spend a long time ensuring that I was able to use the enormous amounts of tech in it. He was also pleased to see me when I can back with a list of follow up questions. He also gave me a coconut and thanked me for my support.

I spent a lengthy amount of time on the phone explaining that I need a diagnostic as the engine was losing power and the symptoms as I just purchased the car the day before.I needed it urgently checked for warranty. I was advised the issue with my engine losing power was due to needing to rotate my wheels. The dealer I purchased it from did not believe this was the issue and got a second opinion. It was a sensor fault and an easy fix. Not sure where the miscommunication happened but I was charged $75 for the inconvenience.It is also really difficult to get someone on the phone as it just rings out.I have booked in for a service at Caloundra and hoping it is a better experience.

Buying a car from Ford an absolute dream. Getting it serviced here a nightmare. A 3-4 week wait every time it's booked in. I had my Everest there again yesterday to address an Ad Blue tank / pump issue for the 6th time under warranty. A 20 min wait to drop it off, and 1/2 hour to pick it up....and they STILL didn't do what was needed. Zero communication as to why - until pick-up, which was too late.....I'm heading off in 3 days time for a big trip, which I told them when I booked it in. Impossible to speak to a technician" - the young lady's that are the face of servicing

Very unhelpful and slow service. You can wait two weeks before they can even look at your car. They give incorrect information and do their best to fob you off if you have a warranty issue. Will NEVER buy another car from Pacific Ford Maroochydore
