Bob Jane Redcliffe has saved me twice now! Once with my wifes Ford and then with my Citreon Berlingo.They managed to have a tyre on hand for the ford and ordered one in for yhe berlingo, turn around time was less than a day and the service was second to none!

The team at Bob Jane could see me on a weekend for my car to gets it’s alignment done. They verified with me any specific adjustments I required since my vehicle is lowered, which I appreciate. Got my alignment done perfectly for a great price. Will be coming back for any future adjustments to my cars setup. Definitely recommend. Staff are friendly and informative!

They were very helpful and courteous and prompt. I turned up at 4:28 with a screw in my tyre. They had it fixed and I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Round of applause to all the staff there.

Didn’t take responsibility for damaging my expensive Japanese rims. Blamed someone apparently dropping the box that the rims arrived in but fails to realise that it’s a bend outwards of the lip so I don’t understand how dropping a box would push a rim outwards? No damage was done to the box and I examined the rims (and put red Enkei stickers on them) when they arrived at my house.No point arguing because I’m wrong apparently.

I was met by Shane the manager, a very pleasant man. He and his team were very professional and had both tyres on and the wheel alignment completed in good time. I recommend the Redcliffe store for all your tyre needs. You won't be sorry.

Got a wheel alignment and balance done, Car drove absolutely terrible afterwards, car was pulling left & shaking like crazy.I took it back & they tried again, still was terrible. Then was told they couldn't get the alignment correct as there was an issue with a part of the car that's broken." (The car is only 12 months old so I highly doubted that would be the case.)So I took it to another tyre place and they got it right the first time and said there was no issue with any parts. They also said Bob Jane had the balance out by 90 grams!!!!Please stay away from Bob Jane there work is poor and careless
