Thankyou Brett and team for helping me get back to working order so quickly. Brett was able to give me exercises to do at home to overcome my injury and get stronger so it doesn’t happen again. The amount of sessions needed were accurate and no pressure to continue but I will definitely come back if needed.

I highly recommend Brett and his team as I have attended this centre for a few times for different things. He has always been very professional. He has guided me through my exercises and I have regained my physical fitness(especially after having knee replacement surgery). My thanks goes to him for my well being and health.

I had a serious right Elbow injuries associated with a fall back in 2017 during a game of competitive Table Tennis. Ultrasound reveals a 5mm tear. Went to Padstow physiotherapy clinic introduced by a mate who refers to me to see a guy call Brett. He examined me and started physiotherapy straight away..and gives me exercises to do too. He look after his clients second to none. Very competitive rates friendly staffs , I was all better after a few months and on road to recovery. I would DEFINITELY recommended Brett's Padstow physiotherapy to Everyone.

When it comes to looking for the perfect Physio, it doesn't get much better than Brett Solo. Brett doesn't just give some exercises and send you home, but rather he takes the time to understand your injury, explains in detail exactly what is wrong, and what needs to happen. Highly recommend.
