Wonderful experience at Ritchie’s Jewellers, Bundaberg and thrilled with my custom designed ring. Apprentice Kel was fantastic in helping with the design as I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. And Trent has done a beautiful job turning it into a stunning piece. They are very respectful of sentimental value and their thoughtfulness in keeping three original stones together (their idea) was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this family business.

The team at Ritchies Jewellers are truly second to none with their service and range. Having a jeweller on site makes it a no brainer to shop and have repairs done in store, and means parts are more readily available. The staff are friendly, reliable and honest people.

An extremely helpful and friendly family business, Sarah was extremely helpful. The service could not have been better. Waldorf is a real professional watchmaker who really knows his craft. Fixed the condensation in my Omega in minutes and would not charge. Omega couldn't match this service, they offered a 16 week turn around! I will be taking my watches to him in the future.

The gentleman who owns this business is amazing and so the young girl there. They know exactly how to treat people right and make them feel comfortable and confident in their choice of purchase! I bought a beautiful gold necklace from them. Would highly recommend.
