If could rate these guys more than 5 stars i would, the boys made my 6R stage 2+ effortlessly, I was stressing hard about my ECU being locked and Shaun bypassed that and retuned it with the awesome TVS software which has completely changed the behaviour of my DSG, an intercooler kit I supplied had a leak issue and they even went and sorted that too, most other shops would just say bad luck and give it back to you.. and that's where I get to the customer service, I was updated every step of the way with photos and all, the lads here have a passion for this and it shows in every aspect of their service to you and your car and rest assured they will treat it like their own.Still got plenty left to do on the car but I know it's in good hands with these blokes.I will never take my car anywhere else..Thanks again.

Shaun and the boys at Carbon Autohaus are a great bunch of enthusiastic and knowledgeable mechanics, that go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy. From diagnostics, service and repair, tuning and performance modifications the team have all bases covered and have done an excellent job with my car. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I went in for a APR stage 1 tune, and jake was very helpful and took his time explaining what i needed to know. Bailey was great as well.Because of the first good impression carbon auto haus gave me, i decided to do my major service with them and it was a breeze. They started and finished the job just like how they mentioned. And their communication is amazing.And because of all that, i have decided to make them my go to mechanic for my audi s3.

Shaun checked and repaired my old car and even told me things to look out for in the future. Very honest and helpful!I've also experienced how he went above and beyond to help an elderly woman to get a car that won't make her any more trouble. Beautiful act of kindness!

I could not speak highly enough of Shaun and his team at Carbon Autohaus. They did some major water or work and performance enhancements to my Audi and it has completely transformed the car. Not only was the work top notch, the components and communication throughout the process were second to none. The best quality work and experience that I have had with any Euro workshop and at fair and reasonable prices. Not only did Shaun conduct the best work with the best components, he researched to ensure that I was getting the best deal for me. His work has also turned my Audi into an absolute monster that is both reliable and easy/normal to drive as my daily. I will be using Carbon Autohaus from now on for sure.

Shaun and the guys at Carbon Autohaus are top notch and the only people i would trust my car with.They have done all kinds of work on my car ranging from parts supply, general servicing, diagnostic checks and more recently installation of exterior body parts, installation of a brand new suspension setup and an engine misfire diagnosis following insurance repairs i was forced to have done elsewhere.
