Disappointment… Smiling face as she took our order… a great start. Order Avocado on toast and 2 flat whites 1 with sugar.Table cleared but not cleaned, I put my hand in something sticky/greasy… not sure what. When I asked for a serviette I was given one with an apology, but no attempt from team to come over to wipe table down properly!Avocado a smear! It was mostly rocket and NOT fresh definitely past due date… kitchen staff … very slack & care to detail.I ordered 1 coffee with 2 sugars & 1 without we got 2 coffees with both having sugar…Offered a partial! Refund REALLY! I couldn’t be bothered giving more of my time. I saw a team member behind the counter… hair scraggly looked unkept… not what I would except in a public service food environment, she was leaning against the service counter sipping on her own beverage… !I’d give this place a clear steer unless you want to be sick with a tummy bug…A huge Minus 1 star … and I’ll tell all those I know as well!

Went to sit down, first table had a collection of rubbish on the floor, second table had not been wiped down and was covered in old food. Went to order breakfast - items we wished to order were not available. Staff were really uninterested, unfriendly & unhelpful. Ordered 6 takeaway drinks - only received 5. Coffee was mediocre at best. Iced caramel latte was excessively sweet & undrinkable. Kids milkshakes were ok. Honestly would not visit again or recommend. Front of house staff were less than bothered - it appeared like customers were simply an inconvenience. If I could rate less than one star I would.

Drink supplied was open and spilt all over the table. Toast was burnt and extremely hard. Unable to finish food.

Cesear salad with not a green leaf in sight, bacon bits so hard you could fire them as projectile weapons and chicken that's so dry that it makes dry communities look wet in comparison.Also a burger served with a completely blackened (burnt) bun and chips that had their glory days in the last millennium.

Went for a coffee after the bike ride. Friendly staff, nice coffee to enjoy with a view. Ask for a loyalty card for redeeming credits.
