CDA Constructions

Disgusting company. Have been building a house for going on to 3 years now. Legal action coming up.

Building a new house for my brother in pakenham. Was supposed to be finished in March 2017 then may then June now almost the end of July and no where near finished. Quality of workmanship is disgusting and just to top it off cda told my brother that they don't have enough money to pay the tradesmen. The hole project has been a disaster from start to finish. All other homes started at the same time, or after are completed while my brother pays mortgage progress payments and rent.This is a 180Sqm house we are talking about on a flat accessible block. Yet it's taken 7 months for it to be unfinished. Nice one CDA.

WARNING DON’T USE CDA! My partners house was meant to be completed nearly a year ago. They have stuffed him around with “delays”.... haven’t paid any penalties. after seeing the comments they must be a scam company.. we will be taking legal action too.
