Ordered a product they had at head depot they got 2 items because they ha none in store took my phone number very keen to ring me in 2 to 3 days. Never did .I rang them and then proceeded to get the product elsewhere. Bad customer service. Plenty more shops I can use. Loser

Bad customer service. I went there on Saturday, they guy serving there was very rude , didn’t really helped with the things i was looking for , when I asked about something, he said just call or emai our head office, I don’t know anything. I don’t understand, what he was doing there if he don’t know anything at all , when I questioned him , he was like okay i am leaving the customer, it was really bad experience, he doesn’t really know what customer service is . He was just sitting on the chair and doing nothing.Not recommended at all . Please don’t visit the store if you don’t want to ruin your day .

GOOD PLACE TO GET BULK SUPPLIES OF CLEANING GOODSI needed to buy a large container of floor cleaner and was referred to this shop.It caters to cleaning services providers as well as the general public and has a good range of cleaning related equipment.Service staff are friendly and helpful.Parking is fairly easy on Queensberry Street.
