A spectacular drive up from the visitor centre. You can find snow most times of the year.

Mount Mawson
I went in Fagus season (Autumn) and it is spectacular!! The Fagus leaves are golden yellow and green. If you're lucky you might come across some red leaves. I have also been in winter and the snow is amazing! It was a gorgeous day with blue skies and fresh snow.
