So far so good. I wanted a B&D Door which have been around since I was a kid. They sent David the installer with his offsider. Job well done and ontime. There are a couple of slight factory defects, which they acknowledged that are now in the process of being fixed. All good and nothing was a problem. A good price for a good service with a 10 year guarantee. Thanks guys.

A service was due on my panel-lift doors. It was easy to arrange within the week, and although I was told between 8-12 on a particular day, I was sent a txt when the service person was on their way. Gavin (the tech) was awesome. He checked and lubricated the springs, finding one was dry and another was almost dry. He explained how the springs work and why they are the most important part of the opening system. Don’t neglect them or it could cost you a motor. Thank you Gavin.

Service was excellent. I made contact on Monday and the door was repaired the very next day. Staff (Leah) at the showroom were fantastic, courteous and pleasant. The repairman (Gavin) was pretty much the same....very professional! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Noosa Garage Doors to any of my friends or neighbours.

Gave me a quote for a roller door to the garage of my investment property quickly, however, I was told afterwards that I would need to install a powerpoint. The paperwork also suggested I might need to install batons, but I couldn't get a clear response on whether this was required or not. Finding out exactly what I needed onsite became way to difficult. I phoned to cancel but the receptionist kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. Very disappointed in the poor communication from this company. I've gone somewhere else. It shouldn't be this hard.

Three weeks ago I booked a service on my two garage doors. Was told the earliest they could attend was today, Friday 3 June. I booked in the job and gave required details. I waited until 2:45 and phoned the organisation as it appeared they might have forgotten me. After a search of various systems he told me that his organisation had tried to contact me the previous day but didn't have my name or number. Had my address only so simply decided to not turn up.
