TAFE Queensland Ashmore campus

The receptionist is the most stupid person I’ve ever met in years. Total useless and helpless. Just repeat the same sentence over and over again instead answering a simple question. If everyone in this school is as dumb as her, I highly doubt anyone can learn anything from here.Update: the receptionist said she will get back to me on that simple question. It’s been 2 weeks now. Not a word!

Great school to achieve certificates and to learn about jobs of your choosing. Supportive staff and a nice cafeteria. Rebuilt my first engine there. Recommend picking TAFE for a work school.

Just go to YouTube and learn. Tafe teachers are only good for story time.

The staff are absolutely lovely to deal with. Karla or Carla (I never asked for the spelling) was so personable and helpful. Her phone call to me set my mind at ease and allowed me to know what my options were for my Year 12 son. Emails from the TAFE were prompt and the overall professionalism was of a high standard. Thank you for guiding us as a family and our son in the right direction.

Amazing place, the best teachers!

Customer service by someone named Liv was terrible; however, other staff members I interacted with were lovely. If my only experience was with Liv I would have withdrawn my application. Disgraceful attitude for someone in customer service.

Currently undergoing major construction across the entire campus, making it difficult to navigate due to confusing & inadequate or obscured signage, & causing significant construction noise, which is disruptive during in-person classes, which made it difficult for me to concentrate. This is particularly frustrating as the course I'm enrolled in, previously held at the Southport campus (a campus which is far more convenient to access, due to public transport availability & location), was moved to Ashmore this semester, because they were planning to renovate the Southport campus, something I've yet to see (or hear!) any evidence of while visiting the office there, which has remained open as normal. I sincerely hope this isn't going to be an ongoing issue...

The learning environment, support and teachers are really great - did a Cert III here, had a great experience.
