Update: they sent someone around who was able to assess and fix all the issues by replacing the rusting areas. It took a while (a year) from when I first raised the issue but now I am happy that it's fixed. Justin is fantastic to deal with and the companys customer service has improved.*******Had a colorbond pergola installed and have been following up a fault with the pergola for two years, still no outcome. The beams are rusting. Service is non existent, accusing me of lying. No one wants to take ownership and have dismissed us. Stay away from this company.

We placed our order for a standard size verandah in September 2021. It is now the end of February 2022 and we are still waiting for delivery!! No communication from them at all. We have had to call to find out where it is and we keep getting told it’s at the powder coaters and will be delivered soon., we have paid in full and were told 6-8 weeks and it’s been 5 months!!We will never buy anything from Olympic industries again

Shocking service. Sold me $2000 dollars worth of profiled sheet steel which did not fit the original sheets as the salesman said it would. Then wanted me to spend another $2000 dollars to replace the sheet steel. The salesman was so threatening it almost ended in a first fight in the car park. He said it was my responsibility what steel I purchased.

My experience with the company so far has been terrible. The Sales department were very helpful, however since I've paid my deposit the aftersales team have been awful to deal with. They have been very dismissive and seem to have no genuine care about customer service. Having manufacturing delays in the current environment is completely understandable however there is no need to for the lack of communication/ interest with customers.

Olympic have left me hanging.The consultants squabbled over the commission between themselves and made me feel awkward.They told me they would submit all the paperwork and I had to chase every step through planing myself.Once the final payment was through they washed their hands of us.Have been left chasing up shed installer phone call after phone call.When then shed installer did turn up he blamed Olympic management that the site was not ready and left.It has now been over 7 months.Do not use Olympic.Signed the contact on the 22/6/21Invoice number 463614

I wouldn't recommend Olympic Industries. Once the sales process is over you get handed over to another department and basically get lost in the system. Communication was poor dealing with the council, I lost nearly 6 weeks due to bad communication and I ended up going to Council myself to be shown they had been waiting 5 weeks for a response from Olympic. Had to continually ask when the shed will be ready, can't understand how such a big company can take 10 weeks plus to build a basic stock standard shed and then to be told once it is finally ready if you don't pick it up within a week I will be charged storage. Don't recommend.

The material was good but the sale deal and the delivery management was very bad, I had the installer return on site 4 times. Also, you need to be very careful with the deal as turn out I had to hire someone to do most of the Olympic's job, which cost me way more than the original price.

Couldn’t be happier ! Nick from sales helped us with advice with council & contractors . The factory was in constant contact & the delivery was on time & in tact . Driver very helpful . So glad we chose an Australian product made in Adelaide . Would highly recommend this firm . Well done guys !

Communication - barelyBeen trying to deal with these guys since Nov 21. They wanted a deposit before a contact but never got things right. Refuse to come on site (even with an offer of money) to look at project location. Now trying to get deposit back as they are just not actioning or doing the right thing. Looks like it will have to go to the courts :(
