Australia Post Gorokan offer many services including passport photos, postal services, bill payments, travel insurance and cash withdrawals.The service by the staff is always friendly, helpful and fast; even during the busy times. The staff provide appropriate advice and are very understanding when you need to recall an item before being sent.Parking is available and there is a post box and PO boxes available.

I've been going to Gorokan post office for years I went there today and lady on the left counter as you walked in with glasses rudest lady I've ever met I told her she had bad attitude and she told I was the second person to tell her that today and not to come back I told her mab get a new job this job don't suit her she going to be loosing business with that attitude I won't be going back

Two staff members felt it was appropriate to yell oh go away" when a customer knocked on the doors they had closed early because the staff had somewhere to be after work. I understand customers within the last 20 minutes of the day can be annoying but the levels of rudeness were so shocking. Every customer was made to feel like a burden simply for seeking service within trading hours. I was glared at and spoken down to

I have always used Gorokan post office as their service and friendliness was outstanding. The new owner is NOT like this. He is rude and generally unfriendly. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on. What a shame
