From day one when I spoke to Beau, the support has been excellent. Pool was delivered on time, so pool could be install into the ground as I was doing the install. All information was supplied from what size the hole should be dug out too, to the installation process. Beau was always available for any questions I needed answered ( even on the weekend). Even had follow up calls and a visit after the install. If your thinking about buying a pool, I would highly recommend Aquafirst.

Recently purchased a pool from Beau. Promised the world but once money was paid customer service has been below par. Didn’t even supply all equipment that was purchased. And when I contacted Beau with an issue he just said speak to others. Super disappointed with the experience … fortunately the installers, manufacturers and people servicing the pool have been able to rectify all of the issues.

Customer service continually promised that someone would ring me back to finalise the payment and delivery- but I never received a callback. Eventually they sent me an invoice and kept promising delivery each week, but it took months. When I inquired why the continual delay, they became rude and said they were busy. Their recommended pool permit surveyor recommend we concrete the area; however upon receipt of the pool we found out the pool was unsuitable for a concrete base. Now we have a pool we cannot use. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience.

Great service from Beau and the team regarding my above ground pool installation. They were there every step of the way from deciding on the pool equipment, getting permits and arranging installation. Beau also followed up on how the pool is performing (crystal clear with minimal chemicals and chlorine) and has always been available for his invaluable advice. Thanks to everyone at Aquafirst.

We recently updated our pool equipment, including pool pump, pool heater, robot and chemical management and automation system. Beau was fantastic to deal with and delivered a modern, common sense solution that has dramatically improved our pool.Pool maintenance time has now been reduced as has our electricity bill through a more efficient solution. The pool has never looked cleaner. The overall level of customer service was sensational. I highly recommend this company for all pool needs.
