We used Stelson homes for our terrace house renovation in Carlton in 2014. They did a quality job, Phil as a qualified draftsman completing all the plans and liaising with council for building permits, and Sam with years of builder experience, working through various renovation challenges. 10 years later it’s still in good shape. And the townhouses they’ve developed in Mornington for our family members are well designed and built, holding up really well over a similar period.
