I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and received any shipping notification. I have emailed them twice asking about my order and have heard nothing from them. Will never order from them again! I had to give them one star otherwise l couldn’t leave a review, it’s actually minus 5 ⭐️

Placed an or the 16th Jan and have never received my items, they scammers and don't exist. Highly advise that people do not use them

Never received items didn't respond when asked for refund,Update after weeks during the height of summer heat, items were brought to my door but I refused to accept them after being in transit for so long, who knows where they had been or what condition items would be in, so I made delivery company remove them from my property I have no idea what happened to them afterwards and have no care.I see that I'm not the only customer of all pets that's had issues I assume that these people aren't actually in Australia for whatever reason makes sense to them.

My go to site for all my pets needs. Great customer service, great prices and my pets are happy.

Purchased a dog bed online, shipping was shown as $13 regular postage, or $17 express which I selected. After I checked out, it showed I was charged $22 for regular postage.This was the first issue.After check out, the address was different to what I had entered (it was showing the wrong state) - I emailed (with no response) so I messaged on Facebook, I was then told it would be sent to my nominated address in NSW, i advised it was Tasmania to which I got a thumbs up, I again tried to clarify and they asked for my order number and address, I provided this and got zero response.7 days after placing my order, I was then advised the item was out of stock and I would be getting a refund at some point, which has still not come through.So in short, TERRIBLE communication, terrible customer service, and terrible shipping times if it takes 7 days to realise the item is out of stock.

Placed an order over a month ago. Emailed multiple times in relation to order being complete". No response. No tracking details

I ordered 2 boxes of Oaten hay 6 weeks ago and emailed them several times to ask when my order will arrive. To date, I have not heard from them and have not received my Oaten hay. I asked them if they haven't delivered them can they refund me my money. No Response at all. I wished I had read the reviews before I purchase from them. Do not buy from them. I believe it is a SCAM
