Always walk out feeling a million dollars from the team here. They have a great vibe and always make sure the customer is feeling warm and welcome. Great chat and a professional hair cut. Cheers to the lads for keeping Petersham fresh!

Solid five stars, this joint is tops. ★★★★★Nothing but good things to say, Ollie did my first haircut and Joel just today. Wizard service both times - I can highly recommend Tough Luck. It's a gift to the community to have such a great, relaxed, friendly group of people working in the area. Rare to find.Looking forward to future cuts with these boys.

Adam is a super welcoming, highly trained and skilled barber. He's also the nicest guy you'll ever meet. This business is incredibly LGBTQIA+ friendly, looks fantastic, and really makes you feel comfortable. An amazing new inner-west institution.

Easily one of the best barber experiences I’ve had, great atmosphere super friendly team and Joel really took his time, unlike many barbers where you feel like they’re trying to get you in and out asap. I’m annoyed I didn’t come here sooner.
