Fat Jessy’s Pizza Bar Salisbury

Orderd pizza 17.20 first time trying fat jessys didnt get delivery untill 18.47 got told there was a mix up with order pizza and garlic bread was cold not good service

1 hour delivery as told when ordering and the pizza was hot fresh and tasty!

Abit disappointed. Delivery was nearly 2 hrs. Pizza was cold didnt get the crust we ordered.

I'm usually going this place and I'm really enjoy their pizza and the deals.good staff,value for their Deals compared to the other pizza shops around Salisbury.,pizza was thin and crispy as well as delicious I'm recommend everyone

Normally never have a problem. Maybe should Uber from the start or place an order for pick up maybe?!As seen in photos order placed at 5:32 and expected delivery 630.First phone call at 632 to confirm when expecting delivery as received a text message not long after order to be delivered at 645, just curious as to when we’ll be receiving it. If it would be later or on time as time had already changed. Was told it had left the store even though they didn’t ask for address or anything????7:03 half an hour has passed and we ask where is our delivery as it has left the store.... we were told the driver has it and shouldn’t be too far. And trainee just said it was on its way when it wasn’t7:28 we call and the ‘manager’ took over and was extremely rude and said they were meant to have 3 drivers on and only have 1 and they have 15 deliveries and it’s on it’s way. We ask has it actually been cooked or what is happening?? He said no it hasn’t. We say cancel the delivery we’ll come get it.We get to the store and it’s just going through the oven. While waiting 2 drivers walk through the door. We spoke to someone and asked if he was the manager and he said ‘ahh ahh’. How do you not know if you’re in charge and running the shift??? Was given our order and compensated 2 drinks as he can’t do much else as we paid online... we asked for the delivery fee to be at least refunded and that he could do8 o’clock we arrive back to my house which is only 8 mins away. Luckily we hadn’t had as much alcohol as we planned and were able to drive to collect. 2.5 hours later we finally had our bloody food. We open the cheesy bacon garlic bread and there’s no bacon?????????Honesty from the start would’ve been nice so we could’ve collected the pizzas within that half an hour instead of 2.5. Very unprofessional from staff and the ‘2 managers’ we had spoken to.Absolutely unbelievable service.
