Rude and dodgy - I would advise you use any other mechanic in Grafton. They kept my car for over 2 months - every week there was a different story to explain the delay. After 2 and half months waiting they charged me over $1300 more then the quote. Can you give less then a one star rating?

Had a breakdown 14 south, within 2hours was back on the road. This included a tow, then workshop time whilst I went for a coffee. Greg & Liam were polite & helpful. Legends.

Got stuck in the middle of nowhere and got me picked up in no time! A lot of trouble they went through with amazing service. Truely recommend this place

Amazing Service !!! What a godsend this company was to us!!! We decided to have a day trip to Grafton to do some Op shopping and as soon as we got to South Grafton our car engine light came on and started chugging madly. We turned on the round about and low and behold we saw Motortorque and pulled straight in. We could see that they were very busy, however they still able to identify what was wrong with our car give us a quote and squeeze us into their already bus day. The office lady was able to order the parts needed and have them delivered within half an hour. We arrived just after 10.00am and were driving home by 2.00pm the same day!! They offered to Drive us to the Local Shopping Centre and Pick us up if needed. We declined and decided to walk around the town and explore the Op Shops which were near by. They also gave us professional advice on future repairs that may be needed in the future to advise our own local mechanic. If I could give a rating of 10 I most definitely would

Great, friendly guys, couldn’t be more helpful. We broke down 50ks out of town and our car had to be towed back. They literally had our car ready to come back to us in 2 hours! Considering the issue it was a pretty reasonable cost as well. I would definitely recommend them

Such excellent service when our landcruiser broke down. The towtruck was quick in getting to us being a Friday afternoon and so was the mechanic to see what was the trouble with vehicle. Towtruck driver Zac was brilliant, and organised the fixing of vehicle. Landcruiser was ready at specified time. Well done everyone. You are all excellent and appreciated.Thank you.

Great service and communication from Geff and DanielleBroke down with a broken diesel injector.They first tow me under NRMA to Hyundai/ Toyota on a Sunday. On Monday Toyota couldn't fit me in nor could help. No sympathy at all keeping in mind I'm from Sydney not a local.Anyway Geff and the team got the car back to them and after some hard work got me back and going in an acceptable time considering the work and part they needed to get for the job.In regards to other comment until a car engine is pulled open how on earth are you able to tell of further damage? It was the same with mine fortunately i didn't have damaged in the head but it was made clear to me the car might be stuffed.Keep up the good work Geff.Arno
