Total bloody Rip off. Did not call me when they added extra work and costs to my car service. Charged me over 250 dollars of services I did not ask for. All I asked was my oil, the oil filter and my front lights to be changed. That is it. Ended up costing me 540 dollars. Yes the extra services they did, the car did need but I did not have the money laying around and should of been called first.

Didn't take into account my statement regarding the problem. Came back to then report same after buying a new globe which blew after inserting in the headlight. I knew that. Said that my globe had blown due to poor handling. Need new headlight part. Left after one hour.

I wish I can give more than 5 stars!Marco and his team are really great and competent. We had several issues with a newly purchased BMW 320i and Marco diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it for us. The charges are very reasonable and the pickup/drop service makes it so much more easier!No hesitation in recommending Windsor Auto Electrical!

I've been bring my vehicles to Marko at Windsor Auto for over 10 years. They've never let me down, the service is always top notch, they've sorted out problems with several of my cars many times on top of providing trustworthy log book servicing. It's hard to find mechanic to trust and I trust this place 100 percent. I have mates that also still bring their cars here after many many years due to the quality service they provide.
