Easy process to order and collect locally in Melbourne.Would help if the bolts were a little longer in the kits, just an extra few mm’s would help.Overall very happy with the product.

I found the team excellent in answering my questions in choosing the right racking solution for my requirements.When picking up the rack package at the required time it had all been picked and was ready to be collected. Although for some reason I expected the warehouse/forklift person may have assisted loading my trailer :-( (not a biggie).There are no assembly instructions but I found some perfect online utube videos to get the bracing positioning correct.I did find the quality of the nuts used in assembly to be poor and easily stripped but I actually had some similar that I used. And lastly the count of the safety lugs was one short but as I will be purchasing additional racking I am sure I can ask for a couple of extras.

Good racking system with a good price. I had to bend out a few of the rail fixing hooks to get them to engage properly on the end support stands, but other than that it was very easy to put together (single person assembly).

Great sturdy shelves. Good quality. Excellent customer service when I called to ask about the product availability. Shelves arrived very quickly in about a week after ordering. Garage looks much more organised now. Easy to put together after watching the YouTube video guide

Wonderful to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. I had several emails back and forth with Kerrie who assisted me with my design, which was shelving to go in a 40ft container for an interstate move, then it will go into my new shed once we get there! The product (12m of 600 deep shelving 2m high) is excellent. Quite lightweight so easy to handle, but quite sturdy once assembled. A couple of the rails were a little troublesome to clip in, but 95% of them just dropped into place! Fantastic great value product that I would recommend for sure.

Put together my new 1200kg rated garage shelving and bench last night and couldn't be happier. Very high quality product and extremely easy to assemble. Sales were happy to help when I changed my order the day after placing it too. Very easy to work with. Would recommend.

Great product, but poor service.I ordered a set of cantilever racks for our yard for storing electrical stock. Firstly, the initial communication and sales team were quite helpful and easy to deal with, and the product was dispatched relatively quickly. I should also say that the assmebly was easy, it is very user friendly, and the final product looks and works great. My problem is with the way it was shipped.I see a lot of freight, and we live in a semi-remote location, so I see how packaging holds up over longer distances. I have never seen a product so poorly and dangerously packaged. Upon receival, I removed multiple pieces of bracing and a few of the cantilever arms by hand. Every piece was loose, with nothing but gravity holding it together.I am not sure if the strapping was not installed correctly, or if it was due to the fact that there were multiple smooth layers against each other, that allowed everything to move loose. It took a fair bit of work and then re-strapping before I felt comfortable to transport it a mere 20 minutes down the road. I would be amazed if adjacent freight wasn't damaged in transit, and we were lucky that more items weren't missing.This brings me to the other issue. There were multiple bracing pieces packed that were for a different cantilever system, and one of the cantilever arms was the wrong length. There were also a fair few bracing pieces (correct length or not) that didn't show up at all.I fabricated the correct bracing pieces and assmbled the unit the same day, as we needed it installed ASAP. When I asked the company if a cantilever arm of the right length could be sent, my email was ignored for over a month, without me asking again, there would have been no communication to tell me that the new arm was eventually dispatched.As I said, the product seems great, but the level of care regarding packaging and correctly packing the required components was a big let-down for me.

My son purchased a rack from here good product but when he contacted the company via phone to confirm if they were open Tuesday they were abrupt and rude. He received both a text and a email to say his order was ready so he contacted them again to confirm exactly where to go again abrupt.when arriving at the depot to pick up his order the office staff were abrupt and rude. Warehouse staff were helpful though so not a total horrible time. Not sure what the phone and office staff problems were but not a very professional attitude. I would be reluctant to purchase racking from here

I have bought their blue and white garage storage racks [600kg] for my own storage. I liked them so much I have been back to expand on it. Great product and they seem to have a lot of stock. I recommend this place for all your storage needs and I will be going back for more once I build a shed.
