The team at Acumentis responded to my Quote request inside 24 hours.After receiving the quote I called the office and spoke with a very helpful receptionist.Less than 24 hours later I had a very professional valuation delivered to my inbox. I would never recommend this firm for a valuation, the valuations provided were so skewed that I'm in the process of having all of my properties revalued. The valuations were based on inaccurate comparable sales, comparing my properties which were all over 20 years old to rental yields from new properties, I'm beyond angry.
