Took my son in for new school shoes, service from young girl was excellent. Very personable and professional. She helped me out with my feet even though I wasn't purchasing which was very helpful, will be back for my next pair of runners!

I was in the store to purchase shoes for my son. The customer service is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely return to this shop again.

We went to the athlete’s foot today and were looked after Shakira. She was very knowledgeable, professional and gave us perfect recommendations for the shoes we needed. What a great experience.. we shall definitely come back again.

Went to this place to look for shoes with my father and received a very disappointed, rude customer service experience from assistant manager Brittany. My father tried one of the shoes without socks. She snatched the shoes from my 60 year old father and said you must wear socks with a high tone voice. My father cannot speak english since he lives overseas and does not know about rules to wear socks before trying on shoes. I would not expect this kind of customer service experience from an assistant manager. She could have said it nicely and offer socks in the first place before quickly seize the shoes from the hands of my father in a rude way… She also told me that a particular shoes is not available in any of Athlete’s store in Sydney and Melbourne. Then on the same day we went to Forest Hill branch and found that exact same shoes in stock and decided to buy from Forest Hill branch.. She did not give a correct information and did not seem want to help us. I hope Brittany will not do this to anyone else…

Waited 5 mins for staff to come out from the back. Would only Let me" try on 1 type of sneaker

Visited this store on the 16/06.Was greeted from a young man by the name of Joshua.He did a fantastic job of fitting, making sure the shoe I was looking for suits my lifestyle and of course cosmetics.Joshua had also explained the difference between shoe brands and models ect… he was very educating which makes me realise how important shoe quality is.Thank you for your service Joshua, I hope the store treats you well. A lot of you can learn from Joshua.

Look, if you are after chill sneakers to walk to the shops in then this is fine. But when I first got into running, and was not very knowledgeable, I was provided a pair of sneakers which were just terrible. No support, and they wore out within a couple months, even though I was only running less than 20km a week. I was told by the staff that they were suitable for trail running, and long-distance running. They were not.They were perfectly fine for my waitressing job or chill walks, but little else. I bought a new pair at a different store, and the difference was incredible. No more shin pain!So if you're like me, and you're going to do heaps of long-distance on rough terrain, look elsewhere - ask your running mates for recommendations.

My experience was immaculate, the customer service was on point and I feel like a new man in my shoes. The young man Joshua, was excellent in giving me advice for new insoles and made the experience terrific. This man needs a raise.

Went to this store on the week between Christmas and New Years and decided to go early in the morning to beat the busy period during the day. I went to this store based on the fact they had the size I needed in the shoe I wanted (based on the online stock). Store was quiet and when I approached the sales person it was as if I was interrupting their day. When I told him what I was after he said they had no stock. I asked that maybe he could have a quick look just in case, size 14's can be hard to get a hold of.After some complaining he finally had a look and came back with the shoe and size I was after. When I asked to try it on he wanted to know why considering I knew what size and model I wanted. I still wanted to try them on which I said I was happy to unbox them for him if he was busy of which he let me.I understand that retail is stressful and I made a conscious effort to ensure I didn't apply any further stress to his day. 1 star for his average attitude and an extra star because Athletes Foot had stock. Considering I was buying an almost $300 pair of shoes and spend around $600+ a year on my families shoes there, you would think maybe I wasn't an interruption to his day.

Shakira was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, just had a run in the shoes I bought and they are exactly what I needed
