At my age listening to a younger male tell me how to count my calories and what sort of training I should do I was lucky to last the 3 months with Danny but now 3 years later I am still here and loving the training and advice. There is no judgement on what you can do as long as you know you have given it everything (I am 46 and perimenopause ☺️)

It’s been awesome training with Danny, Josh, Mike and the crew at Sustain. I’ve managed to lose 30kgs since I’ve been there (a year and a half) and learnt heaps about nutrition and weightlifting.It’s also cool how they run team based games day events along with individual events both for fun and competition. I’ve also found heaps of support from the coaches and from the members both when I’ve been kicking goals and doing well but going through a spate of injuries.It’s a great place for all kinds of people and all fitness levels and can help you achieve your goals.
