Was not impressed. Attitude behind counter left a lot to be desired. Advice was not accurate ,..suited their business rather than customer! I would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to deal with this place that they check prices of similar outlets. I managed to save $200 for same tyres elsewhere.

Lisa and her crew have become my tyre supplier of choice in the Mandurah / Peel region. Friendly service at the desk, and friendly service in the workshop. On a couple of occasions, Lisa's staff have noted items requiring attention that I was already aware of. This hasn't been necessary, but reinforced (to me at least) a commitment to a high standard of customer service.

Visiting the shop today for a new set of tyres and rims. The store manager (lisa) couldn't answer basic questions and was getting very rude and unprofessional. During the conversation she couldn't bother to stop eating and speaking with her mouth full. Totally disregard the full waiting room who all witnessed the poor customer service. I had enough and took my business to Bob Jane. 2 hours later I was driving home with a great set of wheels and new tyres. Great service and knowledgeable and friendly staff

First of all, the lady who takes all the phone calls and organises the customers in store - AMAZING! I think her name was Tahlia. Her vibes and organisation were wonderful, she seems like an amazing person.Also I called them as my mum got a flat tyre but had work, and within an hour of my phone call they let me come in and changed the tyre right away. I only waited in the store for 30 minutes and it was done. The tyre and fitting was super affordable as well in comparison to their competitors! Super good. This was my first experience so like I’ll totally be back for when my tyres need doing. Thank you sm! ❤️

Rude admin over priced bad balance. Head elsewhere.Edit: you tried to charge me $65 each corner for a strip and fit. Called up and got quoted half that price by other competitors.Ripping us Australians offGood luck to you and your storeI won't ever be returning
