Oli is a great Yoga Instructor. As someone that has limited mobility, and not much yoga experience, Oli made me feel comfortable and did not push me into anything too difficult or awkward. Oli has an honest down to earth personality, and a relaxed attitude that is welcoming, It makes you feel like you're one of his mates he's known for years, but he also really knows his stuff when it comes to discussing Yoga and body movement.

Absolutely loved going on this retreat! It was the perfect combination of yoga, connection, and down time. I love practicing Oli’s classes as they are strong, thoughtful flows based in anatomy.

Oli was my first ever yoga teacher outside of my home practice and is to this day one of my favourites. His classes have always been a wonderful balance between challenging and tranquil with a style i've not found with other teachers and always come back to.
