Very friendly and knowledgeable team, Barney was fantastic in helping us find the perfect fireplace for our home. Would come back again but won't need to knowing our fireplace will last such a long time. Definitely recommend if you're not sure what will work in your home.Really looking forward to the installation!

Went to Illusion Gas Log Fires in Dandenong yesterday and were served by the lovely Luisa Doria. She was very knowledgeable and understood our requirements and offered us the best option for our new build. She looked after us and gave us a good deal which we were very happy with and booked it with the understanding that they will hold onto our fireplace till our house is finished and will then come and install it. Very happy with the sales service, thank you Luisa!

Met with Ash today at Illusion and bought our dream fireplace for our new build. He did an excellent job explaining the fireplace we were after. He had plenty of knowledge to ensure we got the right fireplace and right options for our vision in our lounge area.Absolutely in love with our new fireplace and can't wait to see it installed
