Best furniture ever received. Customer service outstanding and the price is unbeatable. If you find anyone cheaper with same furniture and quality they will beat their price which they did in my scenario. Great product, superb customer service and really great to deal with them. Would recommend them to anyone.

Loved Milano Furniture because of the Customer Service! They are amazing and go above and beyond.But.......the first delivery (costing $190) for shipping, was missing one kitchen stool, no problem they sent another. But on opening a box, one of the other stools was broken at the back rest (Milano blamed delivery driver). No problem they sent another........ and said keep the old one (we threw it out). Then a friend , under the 200kg weight limit, sat on a stool and the foot bar where you rest your feet broke! No problem, they sent another chair, I wonder how much they buy these stools for?We wanted these particular stools as they have enclosed sides for our small Grandchildren to sit on safely. The stools were $125 each, not that cheap. They are replicas of Philippe Starck Masters Stools.

Poor service, still awaiting a refund! Be careful ordering from this company!I ordered a product on 16/08 and didn't get notified until 02/09 that they couldn't provide the items as they had none left in stock (despite not saying this on their website). I requested a refund and they sent an email saying it had been refunded on 03/09 but no money was received back in to my account. I am still waiting for the refund as at 19/09 despite multiple phone calls to them and them confirming its been processed but can take this long to receive the money back!!?Would not recommend ordering from this company at all.

Excellent service of Milano Republic. I have purchased many items from them and the quality of the product and quality of their customer service is excellent. I understood that the shipment might be running late but everytime i have rang them they always gave me answer and always kept me up to date. They are just one phone call away.

Really poor communication, don't make you feel like a valued customer - I ordered an item that had a 10-18 week shipment period but even after 18 weeks and 3 phone calls I never received any updates from them. During my second phone call I was told they would contact me in mid-June as that is when my product was due to arrive. Now at the end of June I have not received ANY communication from them.

The product is as described and the delivery was fine as well. Their pricing also seems pretty competitive. But then, the rest of the experience was pretty bad. When making a purchase online it said the order will be processed within 1-2 days and delivered within 5-7 days. 2 weeks after the purchase, still no confirmation of the order so I had to start calling and emailing many times to chase up (the phone line doesn't work and email no reply) eventually I got to someone from the store who said online sales are handled by warehouse team and they can't help. After 5-6 phone calls and 4-5 emails, I eventually got to someone at warehouse and they processed the order and delivered a month after my purchase. No apology, always had excuses and it's never their fault (eg, manager sick away, we open from 10am, we don't open these days, etc). I still haven't received any replies to my emails (I gave up). After 1 hour since my purchase, they had a sale on so I asked if I can cancel my order and buy at a reduced price, of course no reply so I just gave up and moved on. Don't think I will ever buy again.So in a nutshell, good product, competitive pricing, very expensive delivery fees, zero customer service, very slow (you will need to do all the runs), if something goes wrong with your product, good luck with that.

Very questionable trade practices. Happy to take money saying a product is in stock when its not and take days to advise (when other businesses have already shipped items) and ask you to email back and wait for a reply in 48 hours.

Best experience I've had with a local online company. Great product and best customer service ever. Special thanks to Deniza and Klara, whom went above and beyond to hold my product in warehouse for 3 months while I was unexpectedly away and delivered within 2 days upon my return. Not to mention the hall table I bought is the top quality and at a crazy low price for the item. Thank you guys, you have a loyal customer in me. I'll be checking your stock regularly from now on. Very poor customer service - I ordered 8 dining chairs not realising that there could potentially be a 4-5 MONTH wait on delivery.. Asked for a refund as I can't wait that long, which apparently they don't do. I could understand this policy if they had shipped the item or if they had the item in stock at the least. Now I've got 5 months without dining chairs. Terrible experience, shop else where.
