In a somewhat complicated project that includes a knockdown a subdivision and the building of 3 dwellings T1 Homes have been professional, responsive to our needs and cost competitive.Their design, project and time management skills have been invaluable in navigating the council approvals process.Their home designs both off the shelf and custom are modern, classy and cost competitive.The finishes selection process at their design studio was excellent with a large range of finishes and fittings available on display for our viewing and selection.We would be happy to recommend T1 Homes to others for their home building projects.

I engaged T1 homes late last year to build my home using one of their house and land packages on offer.Working alongside Todd, their sales consultant, I was able to select a block to my liking and commence drawing up concept plans to suit my selected block. I was impressed by the level of customisation on offer as I was expecting there to be little variety. This was a big point of difference for me, as I had a very specific design in mind. Considering this, I feel their was much more value for money in this process over engaged a third party architect or designer. The added benefit here is knowing what things will cost before they are designed to ensure I was not over capitalising on my build.Todd was very helpful throughout the process and nothing was considered too hard" to do. It was impressed by how flexible and high quality of customer service T1 homes has provided.Todd, as our sales consultant, always responds to our questions patiently and promptly.We just had our colours selection and the experience is also very smooth and happy. Rhonda who is our colours selection consultant has been so professional and friendly during the two whole days selection which made us feel very comfortable and confident in what we chose.Hopefully the construction stage will be as good as the pre construction process.
