Russell was fantastic. We needed to know where our drain runs in order to tap into it for a reno. He not only made a thourough map of our drains he also came up with a plan for what would be the easiest way to acheive our goal and introduced a plummer to make it happen. As if that's not enough, we also got tips on where the existing pipes have caused issues in the past and what/where we'll need to fix in the future.

Very poor professionalism and customer service from Russell. Can't comment on the quality of work as he never attended despite multiple appointments made. Apparently went to the wrong house at 7am and I only found out when I called him 3 hours later. Rearranged for 4pm, only to be waiting until 5.30pm and when calling him told he is maybe another 20 minutes away. If you can't afford to be waiting around for a plumber all day like me, I recommend elsewhere.

I was very hesitant contacting a Plumber I did not know, but after speaking with Michael, His honesty and expertise after listening to what I required, made my decision comfortable for Michael and team to do the job. The job was done Professionally to exactly what needed doing with the cost transitive to the work carried out. I have put Michael in my contacts and would not hesitate to recommend Him or His Team.
