We have been in touch with by PSMG since last year that they managed our blocks quite well from the first day of the administration.I appreciate the team's professionalism, transparency in each of daily tasks. Communication is highly effective and the solutions are beneficial to owners' interests, especially in large scale of maintenance or repair work they dive into every level of assessment to work out a balance of high quality and cost-effective proposals.Comparing with mounting complaints before changing of previous strata, our building blocks become cleaner and well-organised attracting comments from residences and visitors. The management is quick to enquiries and great in fund management.I highly recommend PSMG and I want to express my gratitude especially to director Whitney who has been of immense help to all owners.

This strata company is doing things for the owners and not for the external vendors - they will aim to help reduce costs and keep levies maintained. They also respond to the needs of the owners. Many other strata companies will ask owners to go through legal means to achieve results without telling owners the huge legal costs involved …. Also treat owners and owners and not against us

I recently bought a property under the management of PSMG Strata.I have been dealing from day one with Shila, she helpful and always responds to my questions promptly. professional and informative of what is going on with our building, I am simply very happy with her service.

We have been using PSMG service for about 6-7 years now. They always provide great service, professional and very responsive when it comes to any problem or queries we may have. Very unprofessional and unethical company. Maintenance is non-existent in our complex, and we have to follow up multiples times, over many many months to get things fixed.....which often than not, ultimately does not get fixed or a cheap job is done, with the problem reoccuring again later on. They also charge late fees on every single strata invoice, even if you have paid the previous one on time. It must just be added in by default! Dealing with them is very stressful and I'm not sure how their employees can sleep at night knowing how their company is conducting unethical practices. Shame on them.

PSMG has been managing my portfolio of strata managed properties and have always been very prompt in response to my requests for repairs. Their team is very professional and approachable. I would like to strongly recommend their management to anyone who needs strata assistance.

Dealing with PSMG has not been easy. Issues were notified to them at least 6 months ago. They are as bad as what the other 1 star reviews say. They avoid all responsibilities, do not respond to your concerns, do not call you back. Based on my painful experience with them, I have reasons to believe the 5 star reviews are from unit owners that they’re friendly with.

We chose PSMG to replace our previous strata manager. They have been very professional and responsive. Whitney is very experienced with building repair issues as well. We are very happy with their services.
