I have been ordering of COS for a number of years.I order a minimum of once a month, everything from Stationery, Furniture, Cleaning Products, Food Products, Toiletries, inks, medical supplies and whatever else we need to keep our Company running effectively and efficiently.We ALWAYS receive our orders within 24-48 hours of submitting.I have had other suppliers call and try to get us to move our business or offer better deals?I have looked at their offers and sorry to say just don't compare to the service, supplies and the variety we can expect from COS.We run our Company on very tight deadlines, so when we need supplies we can be sure COS will deliver on time and in time.When we have really needed COS supplies the same day, it only took a phone call to expedite our order.We love the fact that COS offer MURU products and promote aboriginal art which gives back to our indigenous communities.My favourite is COS online live chat assistance, I can still answer phones, complete computer works and live chat all at the same time.I love checking out their promos and sale items and have nabbed some bargains on more than one occasion. (obviously items we would have ordered for work anyways, so saving my company $ while preparing for future works is good for all of us)I have given positive feedback to COS directly and feel they deserve a public Thank You and Appreciation for always coming through for us.If your business depends on reliability, availability, convenience and dependability? then COS comes through every time.

I have been ordering from Cos for a few years and find their support very professional and helpful. their delivery service is amazing and my driver Simon is incredibly supportive. Just thought I would write a review seeing I saw a lot of bad ones. I dealt with this store in Feb and got good price and timely delivery. No problems with the staff. Will use again.

Great team of Packers/pickers !Faultless !

They give cheap quotes to get you in then they inflate their prices. Bought my items 25% cheaper from another place.

Charged for an order. Acknowledged that they would refund and then have so far failed to do so in over a month. No updates. No refund.

Terrible service - ordered school books. They sent me the wrong order filled with tinfoil and batteries. I was told order would be resent. 2 weeks later (after school started they still hadn’t even resent order! I gave up waiting and cancelled - Over 1 week later and I’m still waiting for my refund.Today 1 received 1 x highlighter in the mail! ?Every time I call I’m assured they will “send an email” . Do not recommend.

Rude backdock staff.Trying to do my job, they are trying to do their job and I be nice, they are just plain rude. Tell your 3 staff members (especially the cranky lady) to cheer up. There's no need to be rude to people who aren't rude to you and ruin their day.
