My girlfriend convinced me to try yoga with her so I went along to 8 Limb Yoga studio and absolutely loved it! I thought we would just sit and do a few gentle postures but I was so wrong. We did a Vinyasa class which was quite challenging. Lots of different postures flowing with breath. The teacher had us balancing on one leg and our hands and doing lots of downdogs I think they are called! It was a good core workout too. I also went to a Yin yoga class. This class was the most relaxing thing I have ever done. I'm hooked!

I got a lot of confidence from my first ever try at yoga, Ashley our instructor gave us options that made me feel great about not being as capable as others. Also the explanations were very helpful in understanding the philosophy behind the pose. A most enjoyable experience, and I felt good after the session. I will need to work out my next session now Thank you Ashley

I went to see Sue to get some advise on relaxation, I was very happy with the advise she gave me, she followed up with me and has been a huge help. I highly recommend her if you are looking for sound no nonsense advise.

Susan is an amazing healer with proficient training in Ayurvedic massage and body work. The atmosphere is totally chilled and relaxing. I highly recommend this place.

After experiencing lower back pain, and tightness in my whole body, i was considering booking an appointment with a Chiropractor - before i booked the appointment i decided to do a Hatha class with Sue to see if i noticed any improvements - after just one class i felt lighter, less bloated, had clearer skin, lowered anxiety, and the pain in my lower back completely disappeared. I didn't expect such amazing changes after just one class - i will be back minimum 3 times per week and can't wait to experience the other wonderful benefits this practice will bring me.
