I have been visiting Cosmetique for 18months and was so excited for Clyde North to open! Meaning I don’t have to travel as far into the city. Rochelle (the injector) has been amazing and the location is super easy to get to if you’re coming from Gippsland way.

The worst. I had lip fillers and my lips are uneven. The clinician ARIA said it’s swelling and will go down. It hasn’t and all my attempts to contact management have had no responses at all… I was offered a review at another clinic when I rang the 1300 number and to my horror it was the same clinician that ruined my lips. She massaged the effected side which only resulted in my lips swelling up again. No offer to correct her stuff up. Not happy

I had lip fillers done, the whole experience was very painful and ended with very bad bruises on the lips and on sides of the chin. It’s taking a while for the bruises to heal. I would recommend to apply numbing cream before administering the anaesthesia and to wait for it to be effective before administering the fillers. Pain was 10/10. I had a really bad experience overall.
