Very happy with the delivery! There is a link where I can see where the parcel is at any given time and hence will be able to estimate what time to expect the delivery. And also very happy with the driver who delivers it!!

One item arrived badly damaged. Failed to turn up in 4 hour window to take it back to retailer so I could get a refund. Turned up next time and took an extra package which had nothing to do with them, it was a delivery from Bunnins. Now trying to get it returned.

So far this is my favourite courier company I've experienced in Melbourne. I received updates on the driver's location and expected delivery time via text and was able to view a photo of where the parcel was left too.

The delivery driver went backwards in the tracking, going into the city, then towards my destination, and then went back to inner-city. When he finally delivered my delivery fell into a bush and we saw this happen.

The worst courier company I have possibly dealt with - committed to delivering a bed today by 6pm, then when I called at 3.30pm told me that this was not happening anymore, and then it would now come 'sometime next week'. When I politely complained about it, the lady started talking over me, then proceeded to hung up on me. Truly appalling.

My company's use of their express service was very unpleasant, because every VAN driver had to block the front door to pick up goods, and other cars and people could not get in or out. It's like this every day. Our manager has dealt with every driver and still nothing has changed.

Very happy with the service :) the tracking option from the company I ordered from didn’t update me that I was expecting a delivery today until I received a message from Direct Couriers. As I was at work, I called Direct Couriers to see roughly what time my delivery will be in order for me to return home. The man on the phone was friendly, understanding and dealt with my issue professionally.The courier, Luke, who delivered my items was also friendly and helpful. He called me 30 minutes before delivery allowing me enough time to travel back home.Overall very happy with the service Direct Couriers.

Maria is THE WORST customer service representative from Direct Courier!I called direct courier to track a parcel that has not been delivered on time and Maria who picked up my call, spoke to me with NO RESPECT! She has been unbelievably rude to me over the phone, instead of helping she told me “it is what it is, do you understand?”
