Received a word-of-mouth recommendation for Travis of ECBI. Wow - we are really impressed. Very quick and professional response to initial inquiry. Followed by a quick turn around in booking Pest & Building inspection, reports pretty much immediately. In particular the Building report is one of the most thorough and comprehensive ones we have ever seen. Because it was so detailed, we need to clarify a couple of things before we proceeded with the purchase of the property. Travis was more than happy to take our call and allay our concerns. The report he provided is professional and comprehensive, including photos of areas needing attention.
