Simmo’s beach steps
This is a nice spot for a picnic or just a stroll in a quiet place. It has a small sandy area for kids to play on. However swimming is not recommended due to bad water quality. There is also a play area for kids which they will surely enjoy. Close for people who live in Campbelltown and surrounding suburbs. Lots of people come with their dogs for a walk. A small BBQ area with benches makes it ideal for small outdoor parties.

I don't expect paradise from a park tucked into a residential zone but if you want to be in nature? Then this park offers great walking tracks and a river running right along it. Every now and then you might spot some platypus or turtles. There is also a small pond with a few ducks that one might want to take some bread and feed.There is a small playground for children, toilets and plenty of parking. The walking tracks are very user friendly.I found it good if you don't want to be near crowds but still want to be outdoors.Not many photos as it was one of those needing to be in nature visits.

How good is Simmo's!?It's changed since the 90's when I grew up in Mac Fields... way less bongs and syringes around now.

Great place to take the kids swimming. Has playground, BBQ's as well as a small beach and river to swim in which is fairly deep. Not a huge amount of parking, best late afternoon when the beach has partial shade.

Nice for picnics but cannot swim due to pollution and syringes. Disgusting that some low lifes can ruin such a beautiful area for everybody.

Beach is full of dirt but kids loved it and the playground. The actual steps are steep though.
