After being with them for 2+ years I've had multiple issues with them and tired to get the resolved but have been unable to because of the unproffessionalism and rude employees.During my time with them I did not get offered any work experience and seems like little to no effort was made to help me find a career than I was qualified for.They were unorganized and forgot appointments within 24hrs of making them. Have tried speaking them a few times with questions and was either told some unhelpful stuff or the question was ignored.I had issues regarding the 20 job searches and when enquiring to resolve it I was told they cant do anything to help me and said it's all upto centerlink since things changed which I know for a fact is not true.If you're looking for an employment service. I do not recommend Sureway.

Walk in for my first 3pm appointment today (04/02/2021), got there 5 minutes early, waited 20 minutes and no one came to attend to me, so I walked out. Never will deal with them again.

the staff have helped me so much and they will put in 100% if you put in a 100%.they are friendly and knowledgeable.
